Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of these terms

By accessing or using CVFlow, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you must not use the service.

2. The service

CVFlow provides tools for creating, improving, storing, sharing, and downloading CVs, resumes, cover letters, and related career documents.

Features may include AI-assisted text generation, job matching, templates, PDF exports, saved CVs, subscriptions, and other tools that may change over time.

3. Accounts

You may need an account to use certain features. You are responsible for providing accurate information, protecting your login credentials, and all activity performed through your account.

You must notify us if you believe your account has been accessed without authorization.

4. Plans and feature limits

CVFlow may offer Free, Pro, Lifetime, or other plans. Each plan may include different limits, features, usage allowances, and eligibility requirements.

We may update plan features, limits, and pricing for future purchases. Existing purchases will be handled according to the terms shown at the time of purchase, subject to applicable law.

5. Payments and subscriptions

Payments are processed by a third-party payment provider. By purchasing a paid plan, you agree to the price, billing period, taxes, and payment terms displayed during checkout.

Recurring subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You may manage or cancel an active subscription through the customer billing portal when available.

Cancelling a subscription prevents future renewals. Access may continue until the end of the current paid billing period unless otherwise stated.

6. Lifetime access

Lifetime access means access for the commercial lifetime of the CVFlow service, not the lifetime of an individual user.

Lifetime access does not guarantee that every future feature, third-party integration, add-on, or separate product will be included.

7. Refunds

Refund eligibility may depend on applicable law, the payment provider's rules, the product purchased, and whether the service has been used.

Unless required by law or expressly stated during checkout, payments may be non-refundable.

8. AI-generated content

AI-generated content may be incomplete, inaccurate, outdated, unsuitable, or similar to content generated for other users.

You are responsible for reviewing, editing, and verifying all generated content before using, publishing, or submitting it. CVFlow does not guarantee employment, interviews, job offers, ATS performance, or any specific outcome.

9. Your content

You retain ownership of the content you submit to CVFlow. You grant us the limited rights necessary to host, process, store, display, and transmit that content in order to provide the service.

You must have the right to use any information, photograph, document, or other content you upload.

10. Acceptable use

You must not use CVFlow to:

• Break any applicable law or regulation.
• Infringe intellectual-property or privacy rights.
• Upload malicious code or interfere with the service.
• Attempt unauthorized access to accounts or systems.
• Abuse, scrape, overload, reverse engineer, or bypass service limits or security controls.
• Create fraudulent, deceptive, harmful, or impersonating content.
• Resell access without written permission.

11. Suspension and termination

We may suspend, limit, or terminate access when reasonably necessary to protect the service, users, providers, or comply with law, including in cases of fraud, abuse, security threats, payment failure, or violation of these terms.

12. Availability and changes

We may modify, update, suspend, or discontinue features. We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or permanently available service.

13. Third-party services

CVFlow relies on third-party providers for hosting, authentication, databases, AI processing, payments, and other services. We are not responsible for third-party outages, policies, or actions outside our reasonable control.

14. Disclaimer

CVFlow is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the maximum extent permitted by law. We make no guarantee that generated documents will be accepted by employers or produce any particular career result.

15. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CVFlow will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost opportunities, profits, data, or business.

Where liability cannot be excluded, total liability will be limited to the amount you paid to CVFlow during the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim.

16. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the service, business, or legal requirements change. Updated terms will be posted on this page with a revised date.
